Staying in the Game

Staying in the Game is a healthy lifestyle workshop for children ages 9-14.

Admission is FREE.

Children are required to bring a parent or adult guardian.

Registration is required. Call 1-888-LGH-INFO.

Lancaster General Health Orthopedic Center offers this free interactive event for kids. Enjoy a fun evening together while attendees take to the indoor fields to learn the importance of a safe and healthy lifestyle.

Activities include:

Whole body stretching
Overhead throwing
Proper jumping and landing
Strength training
Balance challenge
Improving running speed

A special gift will be presented to the first 100 children who register and attend!

Register from 5-6 p.m., and you can enjoy a light meal and meet local sports mascots, including Tiki Mon from the Harrisburg City Islanders soccer team and Cylo from the Lancaster Barnstormers baseball team.
