Norlanco Medical Associates, a Lancaster General Medical Group (LGMG) practice, set a new standard for family practice medicine when it opened in 1973. While a great deal has changed in the 32 years since its start, Norlanco continues its tradition of providing quality care for every member of your family.

Norlanco’s 17 physicians and two mid-level providers offer preventive care for all ages. Normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:50 a.m. – 9 p.m and Saturday, 7:50 – 11:30 a.m., but a physician is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to care for any urgent healthcare needs. 

Norlanco is just one of several outstanding physician practices that are a part of the LGMG family. Being a member of the Lancaster General health system gives LGMG patients access to a wide range of resources to help diagnose and treat your medical problems. For instance, our shared computer systems allow LGMG physicians to easily access your diagnostic test results (when performed at a Lancaster General facility). LGMG physicians have also worked collaboratively to develop care management guidelines for common medical conditions such as high blood pressure, depression, congestive heart failure and childhood asthma. Their diabetes program, which is run in conjunction with the Lancaster General Diabetes & Nutrition Center, is also nationally recognized.
