The Nurse Family Partnership Program is a program for women who meet certain eligibility requirements who are having their first baby. It is free to all eligible women.

 

If you enroll, a specially trained registered nurse will visit you in your home throughout your pregnancy and continue to visit until your baby is 2 years old. The program has 30 years of research that prove that mothers and babies who complete the program have healthier, smarter babies with better outcomes. Your private visits will be in your home. Your nuse will also help you with your educational and job goals.
