Tai Chi / Qigong for Busy People
This class blends movement and exercises from Tai Chi and Qigong and teaches participants a routine that can be done in 20 minutes. Each week participants will learn one part of the 20 min routine. The routine includes a warm up to loosen and stretch the body, Qigong exercises coordinating breath and movement, Tai Chi movements including: walking slowly with awareness, and sensitivity. The routine finishes with seated self-massage and guided meditation. This class helps a person develop balance, relaxation and strength at the same time.
