It’s time to “Spring-for-a-Sandwich! Spring-for-A-Salad!” and support the Visiting Nurse Association.
On Wednesday, April 23, you can forget your brown bag lunch or coins for the office vending machine. And you won’t have to fight lunch or dinner hour traffic. Just as VNA Community Care Services delivers care to the patients we serve, we will deliver an Isaac’s Deli lunch straight to your door!
Just make your choice from a select menu, complete the enclosed form and fax it to the attention of Ray Antonelli at 399-2259. You may also mail the completed form along with your payment to:
VNA Community Care Services
ATTN: Ray Antonelli
1811 Olde Homestead Lane
Lancaster, PA 17605-10788
The $5 delivery fee and 40 percent of lunch proceeds enable VNA to provide home healthcare to patients and their families regardless of their financial abilities. In fact, did you know that over 50 percent of the 5,300 patients served each year are senior citizens living on fixed incomes? Or, that over 700 of our patients are under one year of age? Proceeds from your lunch help ensure that at least one of these vulnerable individuals will be served with dignity in their own homes, avoiding hospitalization.
So choose April 23rd as the day to treat yourself and invite your co-workers to join you! Please note that the order deadline is Friday, March 28. Enclosed are order forms to use in your office. Feel free to make copies as needed.
If lunch on April 23rd is not an option, you can still support VNA with the purchase of Isaac’s gift certificates. 15 percent of your order via the enclosed form counts toward the cause. The gift certificates are good for any time and at all Isaac’s locations. We thank you for supporting VNA Community Care Services – helping to provide home care to the youngest and oldest members of our Lancaster community!
