Turkey Salad

1/4 cup light mayonnaise

2 tbsp. honey

1/4 tsp. ginger

1/2 cup diced celery
-
2 cups chopped turkey

11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained

1 cup chopped apple

1 cup grape halves

8 oz. pineapple chunks, drained

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey and ginger, and mix well.

Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.

Chill or serve.
