On the Lighter Side: Turkey Salad

Turkey Salad

  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 cups chopped turkey
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1 cup grape halves
  • 8 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey and ginger, and mix well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
  3. Chill or serve.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
