Objective: This protocol has several objectives. To compare time to tumor progression in post-menopausal women with metastatic breast cancer treated with Anastrozole versus Anastrozole and Fulvestrant. To compare the clinical benefits and overall survival as well as the side effects for this cohort of patients.
