My Role as Your Physician:
You may have heard of primary care physicians described as "gatekeepers," which is a polite way of calling them a barrier to specialty care. I pledge that I will never be a barrier to the care you need. I am your advocate in health care. The staff of Landisville Family Health Center will work to facilitate any care you require in the timeliest manner possible. While I am able to treat about 90-95 percent of the problems presented by patients, I do refer patients to other specialists as required. I talk with these other specialists about your progress under their care, and consider myself to still be your primary physician, until you choose otherwise.
