Lancaster General is pleased to announce our new main entrance on James Street. You will immediately notice the friendly, healing atmosphere, which includes a calming waterwall. In the main lobby, you will also find Gifts in General Gift Shop, which offers a fantastic selection of cards, flowers, jewelry and collectibles. Right beside the shop, our 35-seat chapel offers a peaceful place for prayer, relaxation and meditation. Also close by is our medical resource library – for both patients and staff. If you – or your family - find yourself a bit hungry, we invite you to stop by the James Street Café, which offers a unique dining experience. Their menu includes salads, sandwiches, coffees, soups and gourmet desserts. The James Street Café is open Monday-Friday for breakfast and lunch during the day.
