New Holland Family Health Center has twenty-four hour physician coverage seven days a week. Laboratory services are available Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

New Holland Family Health Center, The Story

New Holland Family Health Center was built by a group of businessmen who saw the need for family practice physicians. Most of the physicians in the area were close to retirement at the time. Robert P. Johnson, M.D. and James B. Albrecht, M.D. finished their residency programs at Lancaster General Hospital and opened the practice in August of 1978. Dr. Albrecht has moved to another area and five physicians and a certified registered nurse practitioner have been added.
