The Path to a Healthier Mind & Body
 
 
The mind and body are indivisible and play an intricate role in not only the healing process but also in achieving and maintaining optimal health.
 
Stress, diet, sleep, exercise and activity all play an important role in our health. Finding ways to improve our lifestyle by modifying your diet, reducing your stress, resting and exercising more effectively can help you both feel and function better.
 
One of the missions of Lancaster General Health is to enhance the quality of life at every stage. By offering classes, community groups and programs, we provide education, motivation and support for dealing with mental and physical health concerns.
 
The Wellness Center, located at the Lancaster General Health Campus, has historically presented behavioral modification sessions (weight management, stress management, smoking cessation), educational programs (CPR, childbirth) and holistic opportunities (yoga, tai chi, community/support groups).
