Maple Farm Nursing Center

Mission:
The 123-bed Maple Farm provides skilled nursing care and less-intensive rehabilitation care that can help patients continue to recover after rehabilitation and avoid a costly return trip to the hospital for additional care. And through the Alliance's Care Management program, care at Maple Farm is coordinated with other healthcare members in the Alliance - such as Lancaster General - to ensure patients experience a consistent level of quality.

Opportunities for Giving:
Maple Farm has an Endowment Fund that helps to support ongoing capital improvements. In addition, funds are needed for facility renovations and a specialized van for the transportation of the patients at Maple Farms.
