Lincoln Family Medicine Physicians:
To see one of our doctors or nurses, contact our office to schedule an appointment. When calling, please be ready to give a short description of your medical concern so we can schedule the right amount of time for you.
Although we try to stay on schedule, emergencies sometimes cause interruptions. You can help us keep on time by letting us know in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. This way we can schedule other patients who may have a critical need for care.
Emergencies:
In the event of a potentially life-threatening emergency, please call 911 right away. For other critical medical needs, please call our office for an appointment.
In an emergency during non-office hours, please call our main number. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day. An answering service will handle your call and notify the doctor who will return your call within a short time period.
Prescription Refills:
If you have a scheduled office visit, please check your medications and let us know which one(s) need to be refilled. Please give us 48 hours to process your request. Our policy is to call your pharmacy between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
