A gift of whole life insurance can be made to Lancaster General Health by naming Lancaster General Health the irrevocable owner and beneficiary of the policy. The policy can either be paid-up, or, if not paid-up as of the date of the gift, has a minimum face value of $100,000. 

Gifts of life insurance policies require charitable contributions from the donor to Lancaster General Health in the amount of any premiums, including unscheduled premiums, which may become due.
