York/Baltimore
From Baltimore, take I-83 North. Exit to Route 30 East at Exit 21A (old exit 9) (near York). Follow Route 30 East to Lancaster. Exit Route 30 at Harrisburg Pike exit. At end of exit ramp, turn right onto Harrisburg Pike. Follow into Lancaster City past Franklin & Marshall (F&M) College (on right). At the next traffic light after F&M, First Union Bank and AAA are on the left corner, go straight through the intersection onto James Street. Continue on James Street, crossing over Duke Street, and then turn left into the main entrance and the parking garage. Please park in the parking garage. If parked on an upper level, take the elevator to the lobby level.

New Holland/Route 23
Follow Route 23 East (New Holland Pike) to Plum Street - traffic must turn left onto Plum Street. Follow Plum Street one block - turn right onto Walnut Street. Follow Walnut Street one block - turn right onto Lime Street. Hospital is three blocks up on left, James Street. Main entrance is on James Street. Turn right into the main entrance and the parking garage. Please park in the parking garage. If parked on an upper level, take the elevator to the lobby level.

Manheim/I-81
Follow Route 72 past entrance to Park City (on right). At the intersection (traffic light) of Manheim Pike and Dillerville Road, turn right onto Dillerville Road. Continue to traffic light, turn left onto Harrisburg Pike. Harrisburg Pike turns into James Street as you enter Lancaster City. Continue on James Street until you get to the Lime Street intersection. Turn left onto Lime Street. Continue one block before turning left onto Frederick Street. Continue one block and turn left onto Duke Street. Make another left onto James Street. Then turn left into the main entrance and the parking garage. Please park in the parking garage. If parked on an upper level, take the elevator to the lobby level.

Pittsburgh (from PA Turnpike)/Harrisburg (from Route 283)
Exit PA Turnpike at Exit 247 (old exit 19, Lancaster/Harrisburg East exit). After leaving the toll booth, take a right onto Route 283 East. In Lancaster, Route 283 joins with Route 30 East. Exit Route 30 East at the Route 501 South/Route 222 South exit. On Route 501/222 get into left lane when possible. Go straight through 2 traffic lights. After second light, traffic goes up an incline onto a bridge over railroad tracks. As traffic comes down the bridge, all traffic must turn right. Immediately after this right, take the first left onto North Duke Street. (Fulton Bank is on the corner.) Follow Duke Street until you see the hospital on your left. Make another left onto James Street. Then turn left into the main entrance and the parking garage. Please park in the parking garage. If parked on an upper level, take the elevator to the lobby level.

Philadelphia (from PA Turnpike) / Reading (from Route 222)
Exit PA Turnpike at Exit 286 (old exit 21, Reading/Lancaster exit). After leaving the toll booth area, turn left (south) onto Route 222. Near Lancaster, go west on Route 30 where Route 222 joins Route 30 (stay in right lane of Route 222 South). Exit Route 30 West at Route 501 South/Route 222 straight through 2 traffic lights. After second light, traffic goes up an incline onto a bridge over railroad tracks. As traffic comes down the bridge, all traffic must turn right. Immediately after this right, take the first left onto North Duke Street. (Fulton Bank is on the corner.) Follow Duke Street until you see the hospital on your left. Make another left onto James Street. Then turn left into the main entrance and the parking garage. Please park in the parking garage. If parked on an upper level, take the elevator to the lobby level.
