Adult Type 2 Diabetes Support Group
A support group for people of all ages interested in support and education about Type 2 Diabetes.
 
The group meets on the third Monday of every month: 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the Suburban Outpatient Pavilion (formerly Health Campus),  in the 3rd Floor Conference Room.

Amputee Support Team
The purpose of this group is to provide support and education to people living with the loss of a limb.
 
The group meets on the last Thursday of every month: 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the Suburban Outpatient Pavilion (formerly Health Campus), in the 3rd Floor Conference Room.

Brain Tumor Community Group

Provides support and education for anyone who has been diagnosed with a brain tumor or has been affected by a love one's experience with brain cancer.
 
The group meets the third Thursday of every month: 12-1 p.m. at the Suburban Outpatient Pavilion (formerly Health Campus), in Wellness Center Conference Room 2. Lunch will be provided.

Cystic Fibrosis Community Group
Join us for an open forum to share information and fellowship about living with or caring for someone with Cystic Fibrosis.
 
The group meets the third Tuesday of every month from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Suburban Outpatient Pavilion (formerly Health Campus), Neuro Conference room.

Epilepsy Community Group
The Lancaster County Epilepsy Support Group is an informal educational and therapeutic resource for individuals directly affected by epilepsy/seizure disorder. The goal is to provide an avenue for individuals experiencing similar life events to gather, share and learn in an informal setting.
 
The group meets the fourth Wednesday of every month from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Lancaster General Hospital in the Stager Center.

Fibromyalgia Awareness & Education Group
For patients and families who have been touched by a diagnosis of fibromyalgia.  Meetings provide resources, support and education in an informal setting.

Healthy Hearts Support Group
Have you been recently diagnosed with a heart condition, are you recovering from heart surgery, or living with heart disease.  You are invited to join a new support group and meet others who understand what you are experiencing. Individuals may have questions, are facing new challenges, and are dealing with many emotions.  Healthy hearts is here to provide support, education, and resources in an informal setting.  Meetings may feature a guest speaker, as well as heart survivor testimony, while another will provide group discussion and social time.
 
Date: Fourth Tuesday of the following months, January, April, July and October

The Iris Connection Support for Those with Breast Cancer

If you are a breast cancer survivor or have recently been diagnosed, we invite you to join us for compassion and encouragement.  The Iris Connection is a welcoming support group open to women of all ages. 
 
Each month we meet to share our experience and learn from guest speakers and medical experts.  If you are attending for the first time, please call to confirm meeting location.

Leukemia, Lymphoma Support Group

Welcomes families and friends who have been touched by a diagnosis of leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma or myelodysplastic syndrome.  Monthly meetings provide support, education and resources in an informal setting.  Runs in collaboration with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
 
The group meets the 1st Tuesday of every month from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Lancaster General Hospital in Dining Room #1 on the ground floor..

Lupus Support Group
Informal group of those seeking help or willing to help one another cope with the daily trials of living with Lupus.  Education, resources and support to those diagnosed with Lupus and their friends and family members.

Memory Loss Support Group

Welcomes families and friends who are caring for someone with dementia.  Informal forum for education and support.

Multiple Sclerosis Support Group

A support group for multiple sclerosis. The group meets the 1st Tuesday of every month at Suburban Outpatient Pavilion (formerly Health Campus), 3rd floor conference room from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Neuropathy Resource Group
Do you suffer from…pain, numbness, burning, weakness or lack of balance?  Neuropathy is the result of damage to the peripheral nerves usually affecting hands or feet.  Join us for support and information.

Pregnancy After Loss
This pregnancy after loss support group is for parents/couples who are pregnant again or for those who are thinking about getting pregnant again and have questions and fears that they would like to discuss among others who share similar losses.

Red Rose La Leche League
The group meets the 1st Wednesday of every month at Suburban Outpatient Pavilion (formerly Health Campus), 3rd floor Conference room 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. This group provides women to women education, support, encouragement and information about breast feeding. Children are welcome.

Share Group -Pregnancy Loss

The group meets on the 1st Tuesday of every month, 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Suburban Outpatient Pavilion (formerly Health Campus), Neuro Center Conference Room. Share supports those whose lives are touched by the death of a baby through early pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or in the first few months of life.

Stroke Survivors Support Group
Education and support for stroke survivors and caregivers.  You’ll benefit from meeting others who are dealing with similar issues.
 
The group meets the 1st Thursday for the months of March, May, September and December at the Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital.

Open to all women of any age or cancer diagnosis.  Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been coping with cancer for some time, the monthly meetings are designed to educate and support each other through the cancer experience.

Surgical Weight Loss Support Group
Meets on the 1st Thursday of the Month, 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the Physician's Surgery Center, 2150 Harrisburg Pike, 3rd floor.

The purpose of this group is to provide motivation, confidence, and skills needed to achieve cessation and maintain a tobacco free life.

Support group for women who have Type 1 or insulin dependent diabetes.  The group offers emotional support and information for managing and coping with diabetes.
