Dr. Gottlieb is President of Lancaster General Medical Group (LGMG). In this capacity, he is involved in corporate development for the health system and responsible for physician integration. Previously, he practiced adult and adolescent psychiatry. He maintains a private forensic and consultative psychiatric practice. Dr. Gottlieb has served as Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Lancaster General Hospital and Medical Director for the Partnership of Behavioral Health, Lancaster Behavioral Health Network at Quest Behavioral Health. Dr. Gottlieb graduated Magna cum Laude from Washington and Jefferson College. He earned his medical degree with honors from Georgetown University where he completed his psychiatry residency and served as Chief Resident. Dr. Gottlieb is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners.

 

Ms. Kearney is the COO (Chief Operating Officer) for Lancaster General Medical Group. In this role she is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations for LGMG’s 16 Medical and Specialty Care Practices. Duties include oversight of patient care, financial performance, customer service and relationships with Lancaster General affiliates. Ms. Kearney also works very closely with LGMG Operations and her financial counterparts at LGH. Ms. Kearney holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Albright College and is a Certified Public Accountant. She began her career with Ernst and Young and has also held various financial positions with Allegheny Health Systems and MedPartners, prior to owning her own healthcare company in South Florida. Ms. Kearney is a member of the Medical Group Management Association.

 

Susan M. Southward (DOO- Director of Operations)
Ms. Southward most recently served as LGMG “Manager of Special Projects”, and has a long history with LGMG. She served many years as the Practice Manager of Roseville Pediatrics and moved on to Manager of Medical Associates of Lancaster and Diabetes and Endocrinology Specialists. Sue has integral knowledge of the Practice Manager role and an understanding of the culture of the Medical Group. She is a graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School and Elizabethtown College.
