Fresh Tomato Salsa

This salsa makes a delicious and well-balanced appetizer or treat when served with whole grain chips.
Ingredients
4 cups diced tomatoes (5-6 medium)
¾ cup finely diced red onion
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1-2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
