Sunshine Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 c. oats, quick cooking, uncooked
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. pecan meal
  • 1/4 c. flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. canola oil

Directions
Toss dry ingredients together. Combine peanut butter, honey and canola oil in a saucepan; heat until smooth. Pour over dry ingredients and toss. Spread across cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
