2009 HRA Log-on Instructions
  1. Type  https://lancastergeneral.online.staywell.com in the address bar of your browser.
  2. In November 2008, you will be a first time user for your first visit to the Web site, even if you took the HRA last year. Upon your first visit to the Web site, please click the “Register Now” button.
  3. Enter: 
    • Your First name
    • Date of Birth
    • LG Employees: Enter your 6-digit employee ID (do not add zeros).
       Spouses: Enter your spouse's 6 digit LG employee ID (do not add zeros).
  4. Click the “Continue” button.
  5. If you have previously ever logged into this Web site, you will need to confirm the answer to the security question you had chosen in the past.  If you do not remember the answer to your security question, please contact the StayWell HelpLine at 1-800-926-5455.
  6. Create your User ID and Password.
    • Your User ID needs to be at least 6 characters long and include both letters and numbers.
    • Your Password needs to be at least 7 characters long and include both letters and numbers.
  7. Click the “Continue” button.
  8. Choose a Security Question from the drop-down menu and provide an answer.
  9. Click the “Continue” button.
  10. Your account has been registered! Click the “Continue” button.
  11. The Privacy Statement will appear. Read the Privacy Statement and click “I Accept” to continue.
  12. Update/Verify your contact information on the My Account page.
  13. If you would like to receive health information via email type in your email address and check the box stating “Yes, please let me know about new information or tools to improve my health.”
  14. Click the “Save Changes” button.
  15. The next page to appear will be your personal home page. Click on “Take Your Health Risk Assessment” to complete the HRA.
  16. When you have completed the HRA you will receive a confirmation page with a confirmation number. You can print this page for your records. You can come back to the site at any time to print your confirmation page.
  17. For future logins on this web site, please log in using the User ID and Password that you created at your first login.
  18. If you have previously logged on successfully and have now forgotten your User ID or Password, click the “Forgot Your User ID?” or “Forgot Your Password?” links to retrieve your login information. If you have any problems retrieving your User ID or Password, simply call the StayWell HelpLine at 1-800-926-5455 and ask a HelpLine Representative to assist you.
