Perry J. Argires, M.D. F.A.C.S
Dr. Argires is a member of the Executive Council of the Pennsylvania State Neurosurgical Society. He earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He was the Chief Resident at the University of Alabama Hospital, which is he completed his neurosurgery resident training and his general surgery internship.
Dr. Argires’ areas of concentration include general neurosurgery, Gamma Knife® radiosurgery, cerebral aneurysm, carotid endartectomy, brain stimulation for Parkinson’s disease and complex spine surgery. Eddy Garrido, M.D., F.R.C.S.[C], F.A.C.s.
Dr. Garrido is the co-chairman of the Lancaster General Health Gamma Knife® Center and is also the Chief of Neurosurgery at Lancaster General Health. He is also a member of the Executive Council of the Pennsylvania Neurosurgical Society.
A graduate of the University of Santo Domingo Medical School in the Dominican Republic, Dr. Garrido completed his surgical internship at Hotel Dieu Hospital in Ontario, Canada, and his residency in neurosurgery at Tufts New England Medical Center. While at Tufts, Dr. Garrido served as the chief neurosurgical resident. He also completed a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery at The Hospital for Sick Children in Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Garrido’s areas of concentration include general neurosurgery, Gamma Knife® radiosurgery, cerebral aneurysm and carotid endartectomy. He is a member of Lancaster Neuroscience and Spine Associates. [Back to top]

John A. Gastaldo, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Gastaldo is a graduate of Hahnemann Medical College and completed his residency in neurological surgery at Temple University. He is a past President of the Lancaster County Medical Society, past Chief of Neurosurgery at Lancaster Regional Medical Center and past President of The Pennsylvania Neurosurgical Society.
Dr. Gastaldo’s areas of concentration include general neurosurgery, brain tumor surgery, Gamma Knife® radiosurgery and trauma surgery. He is a member of Lancaster Neuroscience and Spine Associates. [Back to top]

Louis Alfred Marotti, Jr., M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Marotti is a member of Argires, Becker & Westphal Group/Neurosurgery & Spine Surgery. He is a graduate of Yale University School of Medicine. He completed his spine fellowship at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. He served as Chief Resident at Yale-New Haven Hospital Department of Neurosurgery. Dr. Marotti also completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Yale University.

William T. Monacci, M.D.
Dr. Monacci is a former neurosurgery consultant to the Army Surgeon General and former Chief of Cranial Base Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He was also a past Assistant Chief of Service at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and former Chairman of the Joint Committee of Military Neurosurgeons.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Dr. Monacci graduated from medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences School of Medicine. He completed his surgical internship and neurosurgery residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and his research fellowship at National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Md., and his cranial base and micro-neurosurgery fellowship at George Washington University Hospital.

Kenneth G. Berkenstock, M.D.
Dr. Berkenstock is Co-Chairman of the Lancaster General Health Gamma Knife® Center and a member of Lancaster Radiology Associates. He is a graduate of Hahneman University Medical School and completed his internship and residency in radiation oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Jeffrey S. Eshleman, M.D.
Dr. Eshleman is a graduate of Hahneman University Medical School and completed training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., where he served as Chief Resident. He is a member of Lancaster Radiology Associates.

Dr. Fuller received his PhD in Physics from Temple University. In addition, he completed his post-doctoral fellowship in stereotactic surgery at Temple University Hospital.

Dr. Olmsted earned his PhD in experimental nuclear physics from Kent State University in Ohio. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Indiana University and was a medical physics intern at Midwest Proton Radiotherapy Institute in Bloomington, Ind.
