Children ages 9-14 invited to free Staying in the Game event

It’s never too early to learn how to keep your bones and muscles healthy.

That’s why the Lancaster General Orthopedic Center, along with community organizations and local orthopedic practices, invites children ages 9-14 to join them for Staying in the Game, a fun and educational interactive event to promoting a healthy and safe lifestyle.

This year’s event is being held Friday, February 29 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Clipper Magazine Stadium, home of the Lancaster Barnstormers baseball team.

Rotating through stations, attendees will learn proper stretching skills, pump up their cardio with interactive video games, understand about safety during winter activities, and much more.

Admission is free and attendees must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Space is limited. Call 800-341-2121 to register in advance.
