Flounder Fillets In Foil
4 flounder fillets
Margarine
Freshly ground black pepper
3 Tbsp. Dry white wine
1 Tbsp. Chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
Sauté onions in margarine until soft. Stir in wine, lemon juice, parsley and cook until most of liquid evaporates. Lightly grease four pieces of aluminum foil with margarine. Place a fillet on each; season with pepper and add onion mixture. Draw edges of foil together and close. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes our until fish flakes.
