Meet the Team
Philip Blatt, PhD, PT, NCS

Philip J. Blatt, PhD, PT, NCS, has specialized in the assessment and treatment of patients with vestibular and visual disorders affecting functional mobility and balance for the past 10 years. Dr. Blatt has published several articles on the rehabilitation of individuals with inner ear disorders and is currently researching novel therapeutic approaches to the management of stroke induced visual disturbances. In addition to his work at LGH, he currently serves as an assistant professor of physical therapy at Lebanon Valley College.


Megan Martin, PT

Megan Martin, PT, received her BS in Physical Therapy from University of Delaware. She has more than 18 years of experience with Lancaster General, 15 years in the area of evaluation and treatment of neurological diagnosis. She also has received post graduate training with specialization in the evaluation and treatment of balance, dizziness and vestibular dysfunctions. She has assisted with the development and implementation of the Balance and Dizziness Program at the Health Campus.


Lee Anne Wagaman, PT

Lee Anne Wagaman, PT, received her BS in Physical Therapy from University of Scranton. She has more than 19 years of experience with specialization in evaluation and treatment of neurological and geriatric diagnosis. She was the lead therapist at Lancaster General’s Maple Farm Nursing Center for five years prior to transitioning to the outpatient clinic at the Health Campus. She has received continuing education and on-job training for treatment of dizziness and vestibular dysfunctions.


Elizabeth (Liz) Rohrer, OTR/L, received her BS in Occupational Therapy from Elizabethtown College. She has more than 12 years of experience with Lancaster General and helps patients get back to the daily home and work activities they are currently having difficulty performing. Liz has specific expertise with the evaluation and treatment of neurological and visual diagnoses and consults with Dr. Eric Singman, MD of Family Eye Group.She also works with patients who want to return to driving or need adaptation to their vehicles due to any neurological, visual or vestibular conditions.
