From Columbia or West Hempfield Township via Route 30

1. Route 30 west.
2. At Columbia (Route 441) exit right and merge onto Route 441 heading north.
3. Proceed over Chickies Hill.
4. The first traffic light is at the intersection of Route 23 and Route 441. Continue straight to the next traffic light.
5. At the intersection Susquehanna Family Health Center is on the left. Turn left onto Bank Street and turn right into the parking lot.

From Columbia

1. Head north on 3rd Street (Route 441).
2. Proceed over Chickies Hill. The first traffic light is at the intersection of Route 23 and Route 441. Continue straight to the next traffic light.
3. At the intersection Susquehanna Family Health Center is on the left. Turn left onto Bank Street and turn right into the parking lot.

From York on Route 30 East

1. After crossing the Susquehanna River Bridge exit right at the Columbia Exit.
2. Turn right at the stop sign and proceed to the red light at 3rd Street.
3. Turn right onto 3rd Street (Route 441).
4. Proceed over Chickies Hill. The first traffic light is at the intersection of Route 23 and Route 441. Continue straight to the next traffic light.
5. At the intersection Susquehanna Family Health Center is on the left. Turn left onto Bank Street and turn right into the parking lot.

From Mount Joy

1. Follow Route 772 East toward Marietta. (Past the Donegal High School).
2. At Ore Mine Road, bear left and proceed straight to the next traffic light. (Route 441).
3. Proceed across Route 441 onto Bank Street and turn right into the SFHC parking lot.
4. If the left is not made at Ore Mine Road continue on Route 772 until the next intersection at Route 441.
5. Turn left and proceed to the next red light.
6. Turn right onto Bank Street and turn right into SFHC parking lot.

From Maytown or Middletown

1. Follow Route 441 south until you enter Marietta Borough.
2. Proceed to the intersection with the Sheetz, Rutters, Susquehanna Bank and Susquehanna Family Health Center.
3. Turn right onto Bank Street and right into SFHC parking lot.
