Crispy Baked Fish
1 lb. Fish fillets
Dash freshly ground pepper
2 Tbsp. Puritan Oil
1/3 cup cornflake crumbs
Preheat oven to 350º F. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season, dip in oil and coat with cornflake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting.
