Jeffrey T. Kirchner, D.O.
Dr. Kirchner was born in Lancaster. He is a 1985 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in family practice at Abington Memorial Hospital in 1989. He worked for the Health Care for the Homeless Project in Washington D.C., caring for HIV-infected patients before returning to Lancaster in 1990. He gained additional training in HIV medicine at the National Institute of Health in 1997. He lives in Lancaster with his wife and their three children.

Andrew S. Coco, M.D.
Dr. Coco is originally from Connecticut. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine and completed a residency in family practice in California. He joined the LGH Residency faculty in 1995 and began working in the Comprehensive Care Center in 2001. He lives in Lancaster with his wife and three children. He is also co-director of the LGH Research Center.

William A. Fife, M.D.
Dr. Fife is a native of New York and a 1998 graduate of the State University of New York School of Medicine in Brooklyn and completed his residency at LGH in 2001. He has been working with the Comprehensive Care Center since 2001. Dr. Fife currently serves as the medical director of the South
East Lancaster Health Services. He lives in Lancaster with his wife and their two children.

Suzanne A. Parsons, M.D.
Dr. Parsons is a 2002 graduate of the University of Florida School of Medicine and completed her residency in Family Practice at LGH in 2005. She is also a member of the Strasburg Family Health Center medical group. She lives in Lancaster with her husband.
