This session offers support for people who have been recently diagnosed with a heart condition, are recovering from surgery or are living with heart disease.

 

Meet others who are dealing with similar challenges and emotions. Each meeting begins with an optional 30-minute exercise session led by a medical professional and includes warm up and cool down with stretching.
