Directions to Columbia Health Center:

The Health Center's main entrance is on North Seventh Street. Parking is available on both sides of Poplar Street or in the parking lot in front of the main entrance.

Philadelphia (from PA Turnpike)/Reading (from 222 South)
Exit PA Turnpike at Exit 286 (old exit 21, Reading/Lancaster exit). After leaving toll booth, turn left onto Route 222 South. In Lancaster, Route 222 South joins with Route 30 West (stay in right lane of Route 222 South). Exit Route 30 West at 2nd Columbia exit (before crossing the Susquehanna River). Turn left at top of exit. Go three blocks after Burger King. Turn left on Poplar Street and go four blocks. The Health Center is on the left.

Philadelphia (from Route 41 North/Route 30 West)
From Route 41 North, turn left onto Route 30 West at Gap, PA. Follow Route 30 West into Lancaster. After passing the PA State Police Barracks (on right) and East Towne Mall (on left), follow signs for 30 West (will bear right after police barracks). Exit Route 30 West at 2nd Columbia exit (before crossing the Susquehanna River). Turn left at top of exit. Go three blocks after Burger King. Turn left on Poplar Street and go four blocks. The Health Center is on the left.
 
Pittsburgh (from PA Turnpike)/ Harrisburg (from 283 East)
Exit PA Turnpike at Exit 247 (old exit 19, Lancaster/Harrisburg East Exit). After leaving toll booth, take right onto Route 283 East. In Lancaster, Route 283 joins with Route 30 East and there is an exit for Route 30 West. Take the Route 30 West exit. Exit Route 30 West at 2nd Columbia exit (before crossing the Susquehanna River). Turn left at top of exit. Go three blocks after Burger King. Turn left on Poplar Street and go four blocks. The Health Center is on the left.

From Route 340 (Old Philadelphia Pike)
In Lancaster, Route 340 connects with Route 30. Take Route 30 West. Exit Route 30 West at 2nd Columbia exit (before crossing the Susquehanna River). Turn left at top of exit. Go three blocks after Burger King. Turn left on Poplar Street and go four blocks. The Health Center is on the left.

From Lancaster 
Take Route 30 West. Exit Route 30 West at 2nd Columbia exit (before crossing the Susquehanna River). Turn left at top of exit. Go three blocks after Burger King. Turn left on Poplar Street and go four blocks. The Health Center is on the left.

From York/Baltimore
Baltimore, take I-83 North. Exit to Route 30 East at Exit 9E (near York). Take Route 30 East. Exit Route 30 at Columbia exit (first exit after the bridge). Turn left at stop sign and immediately come to another stop sign. Turn right and go two blocks to Poplar Street. Turn left and go two blocks. The Health Center is on the left.

From Manheim/Lebanon I-81
Follow Route 72 past entrance to Park City and get on Route 30 West. Exit Route 30 West at 2nd Columbia exit (before crossing the Susquehanna River). Turn left at top of exit. Go three blocks after Burger King. Turn left on Poplar Street and go four blocks. The Health Center is on the left.
