Individuals at significantly increased risk for breast cancer may choose to have annual monitoring and re-evaluation through CREP. Patients who are at a significantly increased risk and choose to be monitored on an annual basis through CREP will be billed standard outpatient visit fees through CREP evaluation. These follow-up visits will be billed standard outpatient visit fees. If necessary, we will assist in obtaining pre-certification from your insurance carrier.
