Developed by the American Lung Association, this program focuses on understanding and changing behavior that leads to smoking. Participants will learn techniques that will help them develop a personalized plan to quit smoking and remain an ex-smoker.
Cost of the class is $20, but class participants who attend 80 percent (six of seven or eight out of ten) of the classes and quit smoking will receive a full refund. Class participants are also eligible for up to $100 in free nicotine replacement therapy while they are enrolled in the program.
