Barbequed Chicken Sandwiches
1 whole chicken – cooked and shredded
1 ¼ cup ketchup
2 cups water
Onion
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. chili powder
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup red wine vinegar
Simmer 1 to 1 ½ hours. Put on sandwich rolls.
NOTE: Barbeque is very thin after it is made. You may need to add more chicken.
