Barbecued Fish Oriental
    1 LB fish fillets 1 tbsp. honey
    1/4 cup orange juice 1 tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 tbsp. water 1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tbsp. ketchup

< This marinade works well with salmon, halibut, and sole. >

Cut fish into fillets and place in a single layer in a shallow pan. Combine the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over the fish. Marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator, turning the fillets once or twice to be sure they are well coated. Drain marinade. Broil: Preheat oven to broil: Spray broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange fish on pan. Broil 2"-3" from heat until done. Barbecue: *Before starting the barbecue, spray aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray. Place over rack, poking holes in several areas. Start barbecue. When ready, place fish on foil, close lid, and barbecue until done. Allow 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Makes 4 servings.
