Appointments and CancellationsTo schedule an appointment call us at (717) 569-6481. Be prepared with a brief description of the reason for the appointment so we can set aside enough time for your child’s visit. On the day of the appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.
If a sibling becomes ill and also needs to be seen on the day of your child’s appointment, please call us. We will try to accommodate both children at the same time. However, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to time constraints and to not inconvenience other patients. There will be a separate office visit charge for each child.
Please remember to bring your child’s immunization book to every routine physician visit. Keeping this record current is important to complete forms for nursery school, regular school and camp.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your time slot to another child. Appointments scheduled after our regular hours of operation are subject to an additional charge.
