This report is modeled after the United Health Foundation’s Report, America’s Health Rankings: A Call to Action for People and their Communities. Eighteen key community health indicators have been selected. Lancaster County ranked 17th overall compared to Pennsylvania’s ranking of 29. The indicators range from infant deaths to violent crimes.
